Terms and conditions of participation and data protection information PACE Telematics GmbH
1. Organiser
The organiser of the promotion is PACE Telematics GmbH, Haid-und-Neu-Straße 18, 76131 Karlsruhe, Germany. The prize of €50 will be transferred to the PACE Drive account via the email address provided after the draw (31 July 2025) and can be redeemed once.
By completing the form and accepting the competition, participants agree to the terms and conditions set out below. Participation period: 2 May 2025 to 31 July 2025, 23:59.
2. Terms
2.1 All existing and new PACE Pay customers who refuel in the EU and pay via the PACE Drive app (iOS or Android) are eligible to participate.
2.2 Eligible participants are natural persons who are at least 18 years of age and reside in Europe.
2.3 Participating petrol stations are all petrol stations that offer payments via PACE Drive.
2.4 Users require a PACE Drive account and a valid email address.
2.5 Participation in the promotion can be revoked at any time at datenschutz@pace.car.
2.7 By participating, participants accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy listed here.
2.8 The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash. Participants may waive their right to the voucher.
2.9 A total of 10 (ten) vouchers worth 50.00 euros each will be raffled off for private PACE Drive accounts. The credit will be transferred to the PACE Drive account. Each participant can win a maximum of 1 (one) voucher.
2.10 Mobile services (mobile phone) on your smartphone are required for the payment process, which may incur costs.
3. How to participate
3.1 Go to our website https://www.pace.car/de/drive/business/ and fill out the form.
3.2 You will then receive an email from us with a Google Survey link and further information.
3.3 Click on the link, accept the competition terms and conditions and enter your company details. You will then be entered into the prize draw.
3.7. By 23:59 on 31 August 2025, the winners will be selected at random by an internal jury and notified by email. The credit will then be transferred to the PACE Drive account.
4. Availability of the promotion
4.1 PACE Telematics GmbH reserves the right to interrupt or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice or justification, for example for technical or legal reasons.
5. Liability
Technical or other problems that are beyond the control of PACE Telematics GmbH are not subject to liability by the operator.
PACE Telematics GmbH accepts no liability – to the extent permitted by law – for errors or misprints or for any damage that may arise in connection with the provision and use of the credit, unless such damage is due to intent or gross negligence on the part of PACE Telematics.
6. Data
6.1 PACE Telematics GmbH is the controller within the meaning of data protection law for the processing of data and processes the personal data of participants for the purpose of carrying out the promotion. This is done on the basis of the consent of the participants (Art. 6 para. 1 a) GDPR). The data processing related to the promotion will be terminated immediately after the end of the promotion period.
6.2 In all other respects, the participant has the rights with regard to the processing of personal data that can be found in the general data protection declaration of PACE Telematics GmbH (at the end of this document).
6.3 The data collected by us from participants will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary for the implementation of the promotion and there is a legal basis for the transfer under data protection law.
7. Final provisions
7.1 Legal recourse is excluded.
7.2 PACE Telematics GmbH reserves the right to change or discontinue the promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
7.3 Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms and conditions of participation. They shall be replaced by the statutory provisions.
7.4 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively.
