Digital fleet management: PACE introduces new web-based dashboard

PACE Telematics, the European market leader for mobile payment solutions at gas stations, is expanding its PACE Drive Business Platform. With a new, web-based dashboard, a central control platform for all users is now being introduced, which fundamentally simplifies the management of refueling processes.

The new dashboard serves as the centerpiece for administration and offers companies targeted and intuitive control of their entire vehicle fleet. While drivers continue to authorize their refueling transactions easily and securely via the PACE Drive app, fleet managers now have full transparency and control over all transactions in real time.

A significant enhancement for finance and administration departments is the seamless integration into existing accounting processes. The tax-compliant export of transaction data significantly reduces manual effort. This fully digitized process chain minimizes sources of error, speeds up monthly closings, and finally solves the problem of paperwork with physical fuel receipts.
