Sales Manager m/f/d

PACE Telematics, based in Karlsruhe, Germany, is one of the technologically leading providers in the field of connected car services and automotive cloud platforms. PACE’s central product is the platform, which enables mobile payment at the gas station using any payment method. In addition to the Connected Fueling marketplace, PACE operates a manufacturer-independent, cloud-based automotive big data and IoT platform.

Your tasks

  • As a Sales Manager m/f/d, you are responsible for national and international sales together with our sales team.
  • You are therefore responsible for the complete sales cycle from the first contact to the closing of contracts
  • In detail:
    • You are responsible for researching and qualifying potential new customers as well as for customer meetings (digital / on-site) in which you identify customer needs and offer solutions in the area of mobile payment / connected mobility / connected fueling / digital fleet cards and other forward-looking and new solutions.
    • The preparation of quotations and the conduct of negotiations are also part of your area of responsibility.
    • You represent PACE at relevant events and congresses and thereby inspire potential new customers about technology trends and our solutions.
  • You will prepare reports and analyses in coordination with our Head of Sales
  • You work closely with the Business Development and Customer Success teams

Your profile

  • You have professional experience in B2B sales of digital solutions, mobile payments, mobility, apps, automotive solutions or in the energy, fueling, downstream, retail and fleet business sectors or similar. You speak the language of large corporations and / or entrepreneurs in medium-sized businesses.
  • Your strong communication skills enable you to inspire people for our solution.
  • You are able to work independently and goal-oriented, but you also have the ability to work in a team.
  • You work on your own initiative, independently and result-oriented and have a quick grasp of the situation
  • You convince with your analytical understanding for complex and multi-layered solutions
  • You are able to work under pressure and enjoy constantly new challenges
  • You have a very good command of German and English. Further language skills are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel rounds off your profile
